Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and your order will be despatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day.

Orders after 1pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays and other public holidays).

Get free delivery within the UK on all orders over £50.

Once your order is posted out, we will let you know, and send the tracking details where available.

All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Orders typically arrive within 2 - 3 working days of despatch.

Orders can be returned free of charge with a pre-paid label within 30 days of purchase. Simply email sales@alfiefrancis.com including your order ID and the reason for your return.
